The eternal bearer of hope
As a dedicated lawyer and professional development consultant, I have a passion for many other fields, including entrepreneurship. As a young entrepreneur myself, I faced numerous challenges, and I am deeply grateful to be part of this enriching experience that supports young entrepreneurs in Algeria through our mentorship program. This association was founded in memory of my eldest daughter, who passed away in Algiers in 2015, the day after her birth. My daughters are the light of my life, and I hope to be a good role model for them, God willing. I am delighted to share this wonderful experience with all our supporters, trainers, and mentors, to whom we extend our sincere thanks.
A new beginning for our young project leaders in Algeria
“Jeunes Espoirs DZ” is an ambitious initiative led by committed individuals, working to equip young project leaders in Algeria with the tools and support they need to achieve their ambitions.
Khalida Ouafi founded “Jeunes Espoirs DZ” in memory of her daughter, whom she lost the day after her birth in Algeria in 2015.
This ambitious project was born from a vision : to support young project leaders in Algeria in achieving their dreams by providing a structured framework and tailored support. The goal is to move forward day by day and turn this initiative into a collective success.
